He completed his early schooling at Ex-Soldier English High School in Challakere and completed pre-university education at HPPU Government PU College. He graduated with a [[wikipedia:Bachelor_of_Business_Administration|Bachelor of Business Management]] (BBM) degree and subsequently completed a [[wikipedia:Master_of_Business_Administration|Master of Business Administration]] (MBA) in Finance and Marketing from Sri Siddhartha Institute of Management Studies in Tumkur.
